Miro Heiskanen scored 6-on-5 to tie the game at 2-2 with 1:49 left in regulation and Mikko Rantanen scored the lone shootout goal as the Dallas Stars beat the Pittsburgh Penguins 3-2 on Sunday Night. Against a top Stanley Cup contender, the Penguins checked another box with a really strong road performance. Pittsburgh controlled the game throughout in limiting the Stars to 10 shots through two periods. Tommy Novak, Connor Dewar scored in the loss, while Tristan Jarry made 19 saves and was very good in goal once again despite the low shot volume.
